Hi everyone!
I have been having progressive performance issues with my laptop with random crashes and freezing. Today, while at a gig (I use my laptop to DJ also) all of my usb ports stopped working after my external harddrive kept disconnecting. I have had some embarrassing times with my program freezing in the middle of gigs.
We have reloaded the OS twice in the 3 years I have had it, with no success. What can I do to solve these issues? I have read somewhere a BIOS update but I want to know if there is anything else I need to do to solve it all?
