Hello, my issue is that when I want to do a task on my laptop, like copying files from a disk to another, internal or external disk, the screen glitches like in this video and I can't do anything but hold the power button to turn if off and then back on again:

Does anyone know where it could come from ? I have almost nothing installed on the computer because I resetted it not so long ago, I'm trying to reset it again to see if it fixes the glitches but if anyone has an idea why this happens I'll appreciate the help.
