Wall mounting Asus Strix XG258 Monitor?

So like the title says, I recently purchased an Asus Strix XG258 monitor from amazon. After about an hour or two of trying to figure out how to take off the stand to see if I could wall mount the monitor, i gave up. Does anyone on here know if you can even take off the stock stand that it comes on out of the box? I've tried to look up video tutorials on youtube and i've also tried digging around in forums, but have come up with nothing. Anyone having the same issue please help me! Thanks 🙂
