About 3 days ago Windows popped an error message of an USB not recognized - port reset failure. I find out that it was my monitor. I was using a 3.2 USB A to B cable to upstream from the computer to the monitor USB hub since day one without any issue. So the error popped out and I tried to unplug/replug the usb cable, desactivate the device, update the driver, nothing works. So far so good, every USB ports of the monitor are functionnals so it's only a yellow ! in the device manager. But yesterday, USB ports stopped working for no reason. At the moment I was with the firmware MCM103 but wasn't able to upload the new MCM107 as the USB hub is not recognized. Found out in the forum that the USB C cable could work. So I tested and everything is fine as long as I don't reconnect the USB A to B. With USB C I was able to update the firmware but the USB Hub via the USB A to B cable is still not working, only with the USB C.
Does someone already encounter this problem and solved it??
