Multiple reddit comments said that this is the way pixel layout works, and this is a huge dealbreaker for me.
Please advise if there is any feasible solution to this. I have a week to return the monitor. I love the image while gaming, but this is a huge distraction for me,

Yes, is the OLED technology all OLED has this.. you have to buy a IPS if you don't like it.
For the future, maybe Windows ClearType update or new technology like NanoLED or QLED incoming this year
After month of using this monitor, I've gotten used to it

Are you sure we are talking about the same issue? I don't care about the font 'blur', there are plenty solutions to that. I was trying to solve the red and green lines around yellow elements. Here are more examples:
