ROG Swift dark spot on bottom right

Hi,
I've Had my Swift for about 3 months now and have started to notice a spot that is about 20mm wide on the bottom right side of the monitor on grey it appears dark and on white it appears green or yellow and i have no idea what to do or why its happening and it's a lot more noticeable when the monitor is tilted and rather annoying while looking at static images

The dark spot at the very bottom right corner of the screen appears to be normal on these displays, i'm on my second screen and it has it too.

I also have a stuck pixel that i can't get to go back to normal I've tried those fixes with the colors over night and stuff but nothing not even pressure

RMA time, u paid lot of money for this monitor. There should be no stuck pixels or any dark spots on the screen.
