I saw someone on the forum experiencing the same issue, but there was no solution in the replies. I recently bought a ROG Swift 360Hz PG27AQN, but I can’t get it to work at more than 100Hz at any resolution/color profile. Whenever I set the refresh rate above 100Hz, the screen stays black until I lower it back to 100Hz or 60Hz. I’ve tried both the DisplayPort cables (the one included with the monitor and one from my current monitor) and an HDMI cable. I’ve also tested different GPU ports, used DDU in safe mode, updated and downgraded the drivers, updated the latest firmware, tried different OSD settings, and even connected the monitor to a laptop, but the problem persists. Should I consider returning it?
