Hello
Sorry for my English.
I have been having this problem for over a year
I have a very blurry picture in motion on my new Asus pg329q monitor (games, video)
On the old monitor 60Hz all is fine

Monitor 60 Hz

My system:
- windows 10 pro
- monitor asus pg329q
- connected via displayport (even worse via HDMI)
- processor - 8700k
- card - ROG-STRIX-RTX2070-O8G-GAMING
- motherboard - ROG STRIX Z370-F GAMING
- RAM. - G.Skill DDR4-3200 32768MB PC4-25600
- power supply. - be quiet! Straight Power 11 850W
- mouse - Xtrfy M4 RGB (1000Hz)

What I did:
- reinstalled Windows (from the official site)
- reinstalled drivers via DDU
- connected to another system (i5 3570, nvidia 1030, motherboard PVB75-V, 16GB RAM
- for the test put other video cards (3060ti, 1030)
- changed the monitor to Samsung Odyssey AG50 S27AG502NI
- checked Latency (low downgraded)
- Reinstalled/updated the motherboard bios
- changed cables DP, HDMI
- tried different variants of Vsync via nvidia control panel (disable, vsync, gsync)
- changed my monitor Override modes, reset it to defaults, overclocked it to 175Hz
- Got the drivers working on my monitor
- ramped up and down the CPU, video card, RAM
- changed frequencies on my mouse and mouse itself
- tried to set the panel Nvidia different Hz - 60,120,144,165,175

Theoretically, there may be some kind of connection between Windows and my old monitor?
