Pixels stuck on on screen PG27AQDM

I just updated my monitor to the latest firmware MCM107 and now my screen looks like this. Please help !

Hello  Tybvybz

Turn your monitor off then turn it on,  open the OSD settings and scroll down to System Setup, select it and scroll down to All Reset and select it.

Should be good to go after doing this.
