PG42UQ Refresh Rate

Just bought the PG42UQ monitor, is it right that i can only get 60hz refresh rate over hdmi 2.1.
I am using a RTX 2080TI graphic's card.
Any insight would be helpful.

By the way, you should be able to get 120hz+ with a 2080ti card through display port, instead of hdmi.

U should be able to have 120hz option, is it plugged into the correct HDMI port on the monitor, I got caught out by that.
