Hey guys - just got this monitor a week ago and it’s easily the best display I’ve ever owned. I’ve owned OLED TVs before but this is my first QD OLED and WOW! I’m currently using it with my PS5 Pro and God of War Ragnarok never looked so good (probably a combo of the Pro update and the monitor).
I’m curious about which HDR modes you guys use. I feel like the two best options are Game HDR with brightness boost enabled by default and Console HDR with brightness boost disabled. Game HDR is super vibrant and punchy but it clips bright highlights and you lose some detail. Console HDR preserves those details but it is slightly dimmer in its mid tones.
Curious to hear what you guys are using and whether there are any other settings to improve accuracy while maintaining the vibrancy that comes with Game HDR.
