PG32UCDM Triple Monitor Setup – One Screen Always Black (RTX 4090)

Hi,

I recently purchased three PG32UCDM monitors for a triple screen setup, powered by an RTX 4090.

Unfortunately, I’m unable to get all three displays working simultaneously, one screen always stays black, regardless of configuration. Here’s what I’ve confirmed so far:

• VRR is disabled on all three monitors and G-Sync is turned off via Nvida Control Panel

• Resolution is set to 3840x2160 @ 120 Hz via NVIDIA Control Panel (driver version 576.80)

• All three displays are confirmed to run at 120 Hz in Windows Display Settings

• All monitors are connected via DisplayPort (1.4 active)

System specs:

• Windows 11 Pro

• Intel i9-13900K

• 32 GB DDR5

• Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX

• NVIDIA RTX 4090

Before I consider claiming warranty and returning the monitors, is there anything else I can try or check?
