PG27UCDM fw 103 issues

These are issues I've observed after updating to 103:

I am connected via HDMI 2.1, 4090 FE

- Neo Proximity sensor struggles in low-light conditions. During the daytime it works fine, at night I have to disable it to prevent my screen from turning off mid-gaming session. I game at night with what I consider to be adequate lighting for that time of day. However, this sensor should work even if the display is the only source of light that's being emitted in a room.

- When switching HDR Format from HDR10 > Dolby Vision, the HDR Setting do not updated to show the 3 available "Dolby" modes of Gaming, Dark, and Bright until the monitor is turned off/on

- When switching from Dolby Vision > HDR10, the HDR certificate in the Win11 Advanced Display settings still shows Dolby Vision as the HDR type, with its limiting peaking brightness of 400 nits. This one is tough to correct and I haven't found a consistent work around to get Windows to update the HDR "type" back to HDR10. After turning DSC off/on, and the display off/on a few times. Eventually Win11 updates the HDR type. Is Win11 updating the HDR type necessary? It does seem to report peak brightness differences depending on HDR10 or Dolby Vision. But I'm not sure if that's done at the hardware level, and what Windows is reporting isn't as crucial. This should still be fixed to avoid confusion though.

- Display Widget Center will not detect the display. I'm told it could be that it's because I'm using HDMI 2.1, but will have to wait a while to get a 50 series GPU to see if DP works. Is Widget Center supposed to work with HDMI?

Thanks in advance!

Regarding  to your last question ,  I can tell you  ,  I'm using GP27UCDM  for a week , with HDMI connection , firmware updated to 103  , and I can assure you that  Display Widget center is  "working" .  ...  The problem is that I don't know if it will be a coincidence or not , but   the DisplayWidgetCenter, has changed the  interface and the options available to activate or customize, the different options to adjust it as much as possible  , have been reduced to a minimum.  DisplayWidgetCenter ,  profile  “Splendid” mode  has gone 😕

Okay thanks for sharing your experience. It's possible the Widget Center doesn't fully support HDMI, or simply has bugs when using HDMI vs DisplayPort. Soon, I will be switching over to DisplayerPort and will update my post if Widget Center works as expected using that connection type.
