PG27AQN black screen when using more than 100hz

I just bought a PG27AQN, but I can't get it to work with more than 100Hz. Whenever I set the refresh rate higher than 100Hz, the screen remains black until I switch back to either 100Hz or 60Hz. I've tried using both the DisplayPort cables (the one that came with the monitor and another from my current monitor) and an HDMI cable, but I encounter the same issue. Is the monitor defective, or is there some configuration setting that I'm missing?

have the same monitor with default dp cable  no issius with 2 more monitor on same  4090 .  try the diffrent slots on the video card  dp 1 dp 2 dp 3  clean instal  nvidia drivers safe mode 

this  monitor  on my 3080 rtx rig + 2 more 27 inch  165 hz monitor works completly fine  360 hz mode ulmb 2 on 2d rig as well
