Hi,
I'm experiencing the same issue as described here and here. It occurs consistently, regardless of whether HDR is enabled or disabled.
The problem started after my monitor failed to complete the pixel cleaning process a few times. I’ve tried running the pixel cleaning manually, but no matter how long I leave it undisturbed, it always fails with a message saying to try again in 60 minutes.
I also tried all the solutions mentioned in the posts, including reverting the software to version 102. When that didn’t work, I updated it back to version 103—but the issue persists.
Could anyone from the ASUS team (@MasterC) let me know, if this is known issue? Is there for example a new firmware in the works that would fix this issue, or should I rather RMA it?
