Hello i just bought this monitor 3 days ago, 

i faced 3 problem

1- not saving setting:
every time i restart the my pc the setting reset.

2- when i turn off pc the screen show me color (blue-red-green

3-when i turn on my computer the half of my scree is blur i need to press the button to disappear .

please help

forget to mention for the problem number 2 :
i can't turn off my screen i have turn on my pc then turn off the screen

contact support. when you turn on the monitor and give you this pan of color means the monitor is on diagnostic mode or calibration mode. is a dark menu on ALL MONITORS. if this happens your please contact support for next step or action. they will guide on the process. if this can not be fix they will ask to return the unit.

Can you please specify which settings are resetting?

Which firmware is the panel currently on? Please update to MCM106 if not having done so already.

The monitor has the newest update.

All the settings color temp, hdr type, screen save

Hi,

On the OSD, scroll down to System Setup > All Reset.

Select Yes. Then cycle the AC (power) at the socket and retest.
