Pg279q horizontal line thing when switch from an idle screen to gameplay randomly

If watch from 1:59-2:03 you can see the flicker or what ever it is

Some times it's bear the bottom of the screen sometimes the top sometimes middle

Never really in same spot

Idk why it's doing it and it throws me off a bit when I see it because distracting even though it's only for a second

See it most often when playing rocket league

Seems to have stopped when I turned g-sync off

And I have refresh rate set for 144hz
