Maybe a bad layer bond. It does not look like normal backlight bleed. Does it change if you press on the frame or screen?

Is this new? If you have already used the monitor for many hours and you still have a warranty I would attempt to RMA. Sometimes bubbles and moisture (if that is what this is) will go away with use. But if it does not go away after maybe 10 hours of use then it is a defect.

the monitor I had for two years. I noticed that the bubbles go away but not completely .I am from Russia and we do not like the valid rma ?

I am a volunteer so I am not sure about the ASUS warranty in Russia. In some areas of the world the warranty is 3 years. You would need to contact ASUS support for your region to see if you can still RMA.
