Any idea how to fix it? Or need to change monitor?
Thanks!
Here are some basic troubleshooting steps to try. some of which you might have already tried.
1. change the cable
Try using a cables from one of your other monitors that is known to be working.
2. change the port being used on your GPU for this monitor
Simple, just move from the current port to another. if this fixes the issue you will need to troubleshoot your GPU.
3. change the port on the monitor being used
Since I think there is only one of each type of input on the monitor you will need a different cable for this. If this fixes the issue but the other two options did not fix it then the port on your monitor is bad and you will need an RMA.
4.Change GPU resolution.
If the issue shows in the same spot after a resolution change then i am 99% sure somethings wrong with your monitor. This assumes you already ruled out hte cable as an issue.
5. RMA with ASUS
If the issue continues through all three of the options above you will most likely need to RMA this through ASUS or at least contact their customer support and get the issue looked at by a Asus tech that can say they if will need to RMA it or not.
