Hi Colkem,
This seems to be a fairly common issue with the ROG Swift. It drove me to utter distraction earlier this year. The solution is to replace the power brick, the AC adapter that connects your PC to the mains electricity. Some others on this forum have used a third party adapter, though I myself used customer support and had them swap it for a new one. It's been working fine since then.
There just seems to be some issue with the manufacturing on those things.
Good luck, matey.

Just a update for you guys. I've been in contact with Asus support team and they say it is no problem to RMA the product but unfortunately I do not live where I bought the monitor originally so it is no longer covered under the warranty so I have been told that I will need to pay for the repair myself unless I am willing to ship it to the country of purchase on my own expense.
I would lie if I said that i'm not disappointed that a premium product from Asus does not come with a world wide warranty.
