Hey there everyone,
So I had a search on the web and on these forums for my issue though couldn't find it.
Basically it is like my desktop/OS is running at 30FPS rather than 60FPS. The mouse stutters across the screen, nothing is fluent.
Games/programs themselves are not affected, only the Desktop.
I am running a dual monitor setup, an old 19" monitor as a secondary. Never had this issue with it in the past. The second monitor
runs just fine.
Nothing has changed in my setup in the last few days that this has started kicking off.

Corrected drivers from Generic PNP Monitor to PG278Q
Searched on the web/forums for solutions - none found
Disconnected second monitor to rule that out - No change.
Anyone got any ideas? Other than this issue and a power supply bricking itself I've had no issues with this monitor.
