PG258Q black screen

I just bought myself a new PG258Q and I think I just regret it. My problem is that screen is abviously doesn't work. I tyd with display port, with HDMI, clearing CMOS, but nothing is working. Displays led is RED(when I connect another screen with HDMI) or blue when is just 258q connected but screen is black.

Can you get to the OSD for set up?

And that's a problem. Screen just won't post any picture(from pc or even OSD).LED under base is not glowing either
