OSD keeps popping up on XG279Q including service menu

Hello. My XG279Q monitors OSD menu keeps popping up while I’m playing games for some reason. Sometimes the service menu also. I have tried everything to fix it. Does anyone have a fix?

Also when I try to control the OSD with the joystick it moves by itself most of the time
