[Help] Looking for longer DP cable for PG279Q

Can someone please advise on where can I get longer DisplayPort cable for PG279Q. My search proved that its pretty much hit and miss. I need 3 meters (standard is 1.8m if I'm not mistaken) for my Ergotron LX arm mount and standard length cable is too short. At the moment I'm in the process of returning cable I purchased on Amazon which supposed to drive 4K @60Hz, but I was only able to pull 60Hz at 1440p out of it. I really need that 144Hz. Does anyone have some experience buying such cable. I live in UK and would prefer buying from UK/EU.

Funny thing is I bought this specyfically becuse guy in comments said that he gets 1440p @165 out of this cable - weird!

My Gpu is Strix 980Ti and my original cable works fine even at 165Hz.

I use this and got it from Amazon.com. It runs my pg279q at 165hz with SLI 980ti. I dont know if it is on Amazon UK.

Sounds like you got a faulty cable. I just nabbed one from amazon in the US with no problems. Full resolution with 165Hz. Just make sure you have the monitor set up right, select the OC mode and reboot the monitor or it will not take.
