I use my ROG Swift PG48U (OLED 4K panel) for a second monitor and it works great with my pc (display port) but whenever I connect anything (any console, etc.) by HDMI it gets very dark. Like unplayably dark.
Anticipating troubleshoot-y responses, it happens with every game. I’ve adjusted every possible adjustment: brightness, gamma, in/-game, on the monitor itself, etc.
it hobbles the use of my monitor and really is frustrating, making it about as half useful. I don’t want to return it but i don’t think there’s a fix.
i work in technical trades and i can’t imagine a fix.
