Hi Forum,
the currently installed firmware of my ROG Strix XG49WCR is 103, the most recent is 104
Wire setup:
- USB-A-to-USB-B cable (from the original monitor box) is connected.
- PC and monitor are connected via HDMI cable.
After launching the updater (as administrator):
- the Display Model is correctly identified
- the monitor reboots
- Current Version is identified as 103
- New Version is identified as 104
- Status: Out of date
- Status: Fail.
- Update Button is greyed out
