Faded white spot bottom right corner has appeared. (PG278Q)

Hey guys, i have had my PG278Q since 3/13/2015, and i havent had an issue with it. the other week or so ago i noticed that the bottom right had a faded white spot. upon further inspection it also looks like it has the taskbar burnt into the screen. ive tried a bunch of things to try and get it to go away but it will not. it does get slightly less noticeable if i change from 144hz to 60hz/120hz but its still there just less faded white.
