Can the XG32WCMS be powered using USB-C and received video signal via Display Port or HDMI?

I'm interested in using USB-C to power the monitor while maintaining the use of my graphics card to provide video using Display Port or HDMI.

This is primarily for cable management.

Has anyone done this with this monitor?

Hi, I don’t think this possible, is not a portable monitor

did you get one eventually?

ParraBellum,

Yes. I was asking because I noticed the USB-C port and was curious what features it supported.

I contacted ASUS tech support and they said it's intended to allow a device with USB-C DP output to share the monitor. The monitor needs the C13-5-15P power cord to operate.

You know, we might be the only 2 people in the world that got this monitor. I haven't been able to find anyone else to help me with an issue I have. Can you tell me if you have something similar? I'd really appreciate it.

The post I'm referring to is the only one you can see on my profile. I made an account here only to ask this.
