XG248Q OSD disappearing

My XG248Q OSD keeps disappearing 1-3 seconds after I press the button on the back. See video for demonstration (https://youtu.be/Kju1GNz-koo). If anyone knows what's causing this, or any fixes, I would greatly appreciate your help.
