Hello, I bought myself a new Monitor, the ASUS Rog XG32UCWMG to be specific. It came today and when I plugged it in I was really glad everything was working. That was until I noticed that I couldn't use the Frame Boost Feature where the monitor would go into 1080p 480 Hz. Everytime I turned that feature on my screen went black. I tried different cables, DP 1.4 and HDMI 2.1 but nothing worked. My screen is locked to 4k 60hz and everytime I try to change it into 144hz, 240hz or anything above 60hz my screen goes black and I can't even see the monitor menu when I use the nob on the back to navigate. It is sad to pay 1000€ for a monitor that doesn't work like intended. I used the factory reset a few times, changed cables, switched the ports on my gpu and I updated the firmware. My GPU is an Asus TUF 3090 OC Edition, my mainboard is a NZXT N7 B550, cpu is an AMD Ryzen 5800X3D and I have 32Gb of Ram. Not sure what else I can do except sending it to Asus for a repair. Any help is appreciated.
