I think they have deleted the post, typical. Would you be able to post the guide on which settings to change would like to try this out.
Might even chase asus with an email to get this firmware released but I've not even tried the tweak out yet.

Copy and pasted from my blur busters forum post ( you should google it for all my research)
Just for people who want to play around with the settings, I found the debug menu...
Steps
1. Turn off the monitor
2. Push in the joystick and hold the power on button
To disable the service menu
press the power button and hold menu (5-way), then press menu again
The OD gain is represented using hexadecimal so essentially
OD 2 = 07
OD 3 = 12
OD 4 = 26
Rec. OD = 18
I also bought the XG27AQMR which is 300 hz and ELMB sync was improved a bit but I can't find how to get into the service menu yet for it.... It still has a little too much overshoot for ELMB sync, no pulse width changes allowed for ELMB sync (should be allowed for tuning better Strobe VRR) and the option that allows you to change the strobe position is enabled with ELMB sync BUT it doesn't work, it stays in the same place which is the middle 1/3rd of the screen (better than XG27AQM which was only the bottom 1/3rd of the screen). I hope asus also does firmware update to improve ELMB sync on the XG27AQMR and allow the option to change overdrive to 4 on ELMB sync (checked using DDC commands on the OD gets changed to something else entirely different from OD 4 which has dynamic overdrive which is rare)

Still waiting on a firmware update for both the XG27AQM and the XG27AQMR for allowing users to change overdrive. Asus, stop locking the overdrive! People want to experiment with ELMB sync but they aren't allow it. XG27AQMR has overshoot transitions like crazy if you pan the screen too quickly which makes me believe there's too much overshoot but OD 4 is perfect for this monitor.

I was considering the asus pg27aqn but I saw there's no option to change the strobe phase, only the strobe length and the strobing still can't be enabled at the same time as Gsync 😞 I know nvidia can do it with a firmware update, it's just a matter of if they want to add that feature.

Asus I still get access denied to my old post, can you please enable it. I'm signed in and cannot view my post or reference other people to my post.
