It seems like a problem occurs similar to the one shown in the picture when I turn on my computer. It gets fixed when I turn the monitor off and on again. This has happened about 3 or 4 times in the past week, sometimes on the same side and sometimes on the other side. Every time, it gets resolved when I turn the monitor off and on again. Why does this happen? (I'm referring to the left side of the screen.)
Should I be concerned?
