ASUS PG27VQ CHANGE COLORS WHEN NO SIGNAl. CANT OVERCLOCK TO 165 Hz

Hello. Yesterday, i launched my pc and saw a strange behavior with the monitor. Firstly, i thought that there was a problem with my pc. But when i turned off the computer, the monitor continued to cycle colors very fast (red, green, blue, white ect.). I plugged it to my ps4, and what i saw? It again continued to do this. Now, every time when i am starting my pc the monitor sets ALL settings to default. You can saw it in the video. He always invites me to turn on "Aura light in motion". When i want to apply max refresh rate 165 hz in OSD of monitor, it restarts and nothing changes. It anew invites me to turn on "Aura light in motion". This is an obvious problem with monitor software. I have allready found the same problems on asus rog forum, and i came to conclusion that i need special buttons combination on the monitor so i can turn off Debug mode. I need to get to the menu like on picture. I think that the monitor launched "Burn in patterns" with itself. "All reset" doesn't help. Every time when monitor loses signal(shut down pc, sleep mode, cable doesn't plugged) it starts to change colors (red, green, blue, white). Nobody has an idea?

i am fighting all the time with asus ... these are the infos i can give you ... you already have new information @varlaminik ?

Asus say's:
How to enter/leave Factory Mode is a piece of information that we can't give you if the device needs to be replaced. The device is exchanged in advance, so you don't have to do without a monitor.

they want to exchange my 30 days old monitor for a real old part ...

I have the exact same issue, is there a fix? Or is it an RMA job?
Thanks for any help.

By the way my PG27VQ monitor is only a week old!!!

I had to replace the monitor completely. it took weeks ...

if the monitor is only one week old ... then invoke the 14 days return policy

same problem here and still no way to get the factory mode combination.

It is hard to belive that its takes weeks of time and two times shipping costs, for a problem which could be easily fixed in minute at home.

Sorry for the delay guys. Still trying to find an answer to this issue.

well, you already have the answer now it's all about the solution (the combination). I have tried it everywhere and nobody wants to tell me the combination. Fact is that you can solve the problem as you already suggested.

so it's starting to get on my nerves... nobody wants to give you information ... and Stewart needs 7 days to answer ... with an answer that brings you nothing

Apologies for the delay with this. Our monitor team has identified this as a manufacturing fault. Please contact your local ASUS service to arrange an RMA.
