Hi there. It's been more than 4 months since last firmware update for PG32UCDM

And hell, PG32UCDM is a top notch almost perfect monitor!

Anti-Flicker is the only feature it really really lacks! Please make it happen :)!!!

Here https://rog.asus.com/articles/gaming-monitors/oled-flicker-what-it-is-what-you-can-do-about-it-and-h... we can read the following

"How to minimize OLED flicker: software solutions

If you’re buying a new OLED gaming monitor today, you’ll be happiest over the long-term with an ROG model that gives you easy tools to minimize flicker."

Well, we can still buy PG32UCDM as it still very much actual model. But it has no anti-flicker despite description mentioned above.

And it's even more surprising as anti-flicker 2.0 is available on PG27UCDM which has identical but a little smaller panel and very much alike PG32UCDM.

Why on earth more expensive and bigger flagship model still has no anti-flicker, kinda strange approach from ASUS (.

I too would like an update on this, @Aureliannn_ROG. Been a long time since we've really heard anything about features / firmware coming to the UDCM.

I really hope that ASUS won't make us buy PG32UCDMR for this anti-flicker feature, it'll be very much like unfair business practice....

DP 1.4 with DSC works fine for me, I never use a proximity sensor and we're already have OLED Care Pro in PG32UCDM.

So anti-flicker feature is the only firmware update PG32UCDM desperately needs!

Hi @JustViktorS ,

Thank you very much for your suggestions! We've forwarded your valuable input to our backend team for their detailed reference and evaluation.

We appreciate your support and understanding!

Hi there! As you've already forwarded this kind of inquiry  to the backend team almost 3 months ago (https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/gaming-monitors/pg32ucdm-anti-flicker/m-p/1080945/highlight/true#M5615) maybe it was some progress since then that you want to share with us?

I can agree with this, it feels unfair if an important feature like anti-flicker is locked in a new model. Whereas PG32UCDM is quite complete and still very capable. Hopefully ASUS listens to the input from the community and can bring this update via firmware only.
