Advice on 27" to go with my XG349C

Hello,

I have a XG394C monitor and would like to pair it with a 2nd 27 inch monitor. The second screen I mainly use for Office communication like teams, whatsapp and I use it a lot for Youtube.

Preferabele I would like it to match in looks my current monitor and be able to operate at the same height (16cm). There are a LOT of ROG 27" monitors and I would like to see what would be good for me to extent the current set up (and perhaps in the future add a second one on the other side.

Think you can just pick one that suits your style, so many options, doesn't sound like you need it for gaming performance or colour accuracy. Should check out OLED options.

Hi,

it would be nice if it looked similar, and my XG349C is about 15-16 cm high on my desk, currently the other 2nd screen I have is lower. Would be awesome if they have the same height of the desk and the same heigt in screen. 

I think I am looking for a 27" with 1440P vertically (like the XG349C). Currenly my second screen is darker, I watch a lot of youtube and TV channels on it. Good colors are important in that sence. Since I am not gaming on it, it doesnt have to be a $6-900 screen.

Ps. I am in the process of upgrading my 3080 gaming to a 4090 gaming. However the news that a new chip is coming in the fall of which they say the specs are awesome is stopping that purchase.

Many models allow adjustable height. Something to consider is the capability to rotate 90 degrees (great for productivity). Curved screens generally don't allow it as there is little practical use for that.

Yes, I am looking for a flat screen to also go verticlal 😀. The 27" seem to not go higher then 11 cm or so.

I use the setup also for work 4 days a week, and heard that oled have trouble with displaying fonts?
