My laptop had speakers, speaker extend cable and hingy replaced in first 10 days, I couldn't get my laptop replaced due that it hasnt been done in first 7 days...
Now after couple of months, I had to pay for 2 parts because of some screws unscrewing all by them selve (says the official service guy) those are some plastics.
Now while the laptop was in the service they notified me that after the ordered parts were received and implemented they noticed a defect on a motherboard (what kind of defect is visible on a motherboard if its not a physical?).
SO after 5 months of use the laptop has been in the official assus service shop for 2-3 months and the rest with me. Until now they had replaced its:
-Speakers
-Speakers extend cable
-some hingy above the speakers
-lcd
-lcd basel
-back cover
-motherboard
(all this was replaced under warranty so I didn't have to pay for these parts, but I had to pay some plastics that cracked because of some loose screws... ~ 100 euros)
Does anyone know how can I return this laptop and get a new one or refund my money? Are there any laws under which they are obligated to help me out?
