According to my ASUS gpu tweak while i play FULLSCREEN my GPU usage drop down to the 70-75. But if i set it up to the window mode in game i can use 99 percent usage. Same game same resolution all same settings just changing screen mode.
i mean dafuq is goin on. My last try at crysis 3. i have no idea about this.
