Why did my G75 suddenly get sluggish on me?

Can anyone inform me on how I can speed up my computer? It still has the same specs from the box, which has been close to 7 months. Whenever I log in, it takes around 5 minutes to load everything. But before, it loaded in 10 seconds. Any help?

try to restore OS, clean cooling system, uninstall app what you don't need, re-clean the system.
