Lines, because after 3 total RMA's (The first one actually did something but that was back for a dead GPU, but who knows maybe the cause is something on the GPU again) I am getting fed up enough to wish I was in california to go beat the support techs with my still failing laptop.

Man, Mirage you ended up getting quite the costumer service!! Had the same problem with the e-mail/phone support xD You better thank all the people here for speeding up your RMA. Every company has ONE out of 10 contact option with amazing service, and turns out ROG forums is exactly that spot here at Asus. Just hope mine gets the same treatment from now on 😉 mouahaha
