From left to right:
turns on/off light under screen hinge (requires ATK package I believe)
toggles power modes (performance/battery, requires power gear 4)
Splendid color modes (requires Splendid utility)

Also, the one on the right (the ROG logo button) is used to enable/disable 3D mode on 3DE models from what I've been reading.
