I picked up the Targus XL backpack about 9 months ago LINK

I used it for my G74 last semester at college and for the past few months its been holding my G75. I usually walk anywhere from 2-4 miles a day too and from campus, stores, the gf's house etc. and can honestly say nothing bad about it. It comfortably holds my G75 and keeps it protected. The bags zippers dont ever at all get in the way of me taking it in or out nor do I have to worry about it rubbing against anything while in the laptop compartment even with all my daily walking (so no worrys about scratches). Only thing I feel I need to warn about is it is a pretty big backpack, enough room to hold my laptop and my textbooks.

If a backpack is what your looking for then you cant beat this one for the price in my opinion. Hope this helps gl bro

All I can say from my extensive search for the perfect G75 bag is: Everki Titan

The bag is massive, the materials it's made from are all premium and if you travel a lot like me, it zips in half for TSA security checks. It took me a long time to get to this bag too.... I bought a Targus messenger - too tight of a fit, then I got a nice Samsonite bag hoping that would do, but there just wasn't enough room left over with the laptop in the bag. So, I searched for a while and was able the find the Titan which is usually $199.99 for $165.00 at Amazon with shipping (Walmart also had great prices) and I've never looked back. Here is a link to a Gadget review of the bag- http://http://www.gadgetreview.com/2012/06/everki-titan-backpack-review.html
It's a lot of cash for a backpack, but when you consider the value of what you carry in it...

Good Luck with your search, Hope this helps-

Mine is the last post in the above link, fits the Laptop like a glove and plenty of space for Power supply charger and other stuff essential to gaming on the move.

I bought a Targus (CPT401DUS) at Best Buy) for my G72 and am using it now for the G75. It wasn't cheap but it'll hold the G75 without cramming it in, has velcro hold down straps, and too many pockets, zippered areas, etc. to count. I've put the laptop, power supply, mouse, headphones, software, all kinds of adapters in it. The only thing it is missing is wheels!

I've hauled the thing all over the place and there is no noticeable wear and tear. Looks almost new.

Just reposting this from the other thread so you can see it.

I use the Slappa Kampus bag, fits the laptop great, though there is actually extra room in the laptop pouch, but there is plenty of room for almost any accessories you'd want to bring.

It may no be ideal for students as there isn't a ton of organization in the bag.

i really like the bag, would buy again.
