A few days ago, my G551JW accidentally encountered a problem: the combinations Shift+C and Ctrl+C don't work, although the c button works properly. I thought that was a software flaw, so I installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 (1511, lastest update), but it's still there (at that moment I hadn't install anything). Updating the drivers can't fix this. Any suggestion? These keyboard combination are vital to me. Thanks!
P/S: I have just found out that another problem is still there: when I start the computer, the password box is automatically filled with dots (the big one, used to hide typed character). Thought that reinstalling Windows fix them all. Hope you can help me!
