I'd like you to compare two in-depth reviews of the G750 and the G75.
1) G75:

http://www.notebookcheck.net/Review-Asus-G750JW-Notebook.96316.0.htmlIt is extremely clear that the G75 is better if you simply compare the results of the reviews with each other.
Here are some points I have realised:
1) The G75 has a much cooler temperature below and above the machine. You don't feel any heat with the G75, whereas you can realise the warmth of the G750.
2) The G75 is so much more silent!!! It is almost like a normal office/multimedia laptop. In comparison, the G750 is talking to you.
3) You can clean the filters wonderfully easy with the G75. Those extra filters are a cool addition. Cleaning the G750 is no good, probably made so that you will buy a new laptop instead of going through the complex process of opening up your laptop.
4) G75: the applications performance has a rating of 96%, PCMark 7 has 1200 points more than the G750! And this even though the processor is theoretically faster than the one of G75!
5) Palm rest of the G75 helps to prevent finger prints and is good against sweat. The new aluminium cover of the G750 is not a bonus, it is a plate which collects the "fat" and sweat of your hands and forms it into a pan of oil. Haven't you realised this, too? I don't feel like using a piece of cloth all the time.
6) G75: display is better than G750.
7) Games performance of G75 is 1% worse than G750.
I am shocked, because this is not subjective but a fact:( I double checked it with other reviews from buyers and came to the same conclusion. Thought of getting the G750, but it seems to be the worse deal ever. You get a few more disadvantages, a slighty and never recognizable better processor and graphic card which leads a "worse" applications performance and a 1% increase in game performance. The price of this laptop should be much lower than the current price of the G75 and not the other way round (if you talk about performance, advantages, features and what you get fromthe price). A horror shock to me and I am happy that I found this out on time!
The heat, noise, fingerprints and sweat problem for all G750 versions are known and proven and it seems to be much better with the G75. What about the other factors? Do you find facts of the more expensive versions which makes a difference?
