Hi everyone! I need an advice.

Recently I had a problems with my laptop battery.
I brought it in here http://www.synnex.co.th/th/Service/Authorize.aspx
They changed everything very fast, and I was happy till yestarday.
I was cleaning my laptop and realized that the top part where the keyboard is, does not fit tightly with the laptop body itself.
I looked precisely and saw a marks( between a top and side parts) on a plastic surface, it could not be seen obviously from the beginning.
It looks like in the service they were disassembling it with a metal screwdriver, or just not in a proper way. I dont know.
So, I think you understand how I feel now, laptop is not cheap, and now it looks like someone unskilled did the work...not a great pleasure to know it.
It is my second Asus ROG and such a things seriously discredit Asus in my opinion. The service center is authorized by Asus.

So wanted to ask guys what do you think should I do now?

This company is not Asus, their bad work should not discredit Asus. I don't think that claiming to be Asus Technical Certified actually means much - I mean, do they actually have some sort of official Asus Technical Certificate hanging on the wall? - I think they're just listing all the big laptop brands on their business card to inspire customer confidence, lol.

Can you take your laptop back to them and point out the faults in their work? They might offer to correct any incidental problems caused by their earlier work, it has only been a day or two. A reputable company would make the effort to ensure customer satisfaction (and return business). If they are indeed Asus Certified then I'm sure they have to meet certain standards when servicing Asus products, failure to do so could justify an Asus-approved (and Asus-paid-for) RMA process. I'd approach them first, personally, no need to involve Asus if there's no problem for Asus to fix.

The situation should be resolved at no expense. Do follow Korth's advice on remediation. The laptop should be returned in the same physical condition they received it.

Korth,

There are many Asus authorized service centers. There are good reasons to go with them over sending your unit off to Asus (mainly speed of service, I had my unit serviced within 3 hrs of dropping it off).

I can't find this SYNNEX company listed anywhere in the Asus Service Centers for Thailand - although I'm not in Thailand and I can't read the Thai (and apparently Google can't either), so I might not see all the listings available in the OP's region. So SYNNEX might be legit, or they might not, but I can't tell. And it really shouldn't matter, they should still repair any damage they might have caused and finish the job properly lol.
