Transferring files within bluetooth problem

I am having a problem with transferring files from the laptop to my mobile, it was working a week ago but when i tried to transfer some files today it didn't work!
The mobile isn't seen by the laptop however it is seen by the other mobiles

1) What model is the ASUS laptop?

2) What make and model# is the mobile device?

3) When you say the mobile isn't seen by the laptop, do you mean you are trying to pair the devices, have made the mobile discoverable, and the laptop can't detect it?

4) What WiFi card is installed in your laptop?

5) What version Bluetooth driver are you currently running?

6) Do the Bluetooth devices show as enabled and functioning correctly in Device Manager?

7) Do any Errors or Warnings in the Windows System Event Log reference the WiFi card or Bluetooth Devices?

well i re-installed the driver again and it is now working 🙂
