Usually you get these codes from the company that sells the notebook to you. You then have to enter that code on the nVidia website to reclaim your copy.

Only a handful of dealers is participating in the deal. Also I think the deal has ended now.

yea depend on the market. for instance my unit in malaysia market does not qualify for anything, not the witcher 3 or batman.. its just the unit plus its mouse and headset only..
