Still having "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" Issues

I sent it in to asus, I still have the black screen flickering and this error shows up!! I also bought the Recovery CDs from the eStore and still having the problem on the driver 285.62....I cant even play BF3... Does anyone have any other Ideas? I dont know what t do...I ran out of options.....I wasted 3 weeks plus $60....Im starting to hate asus prodcuts....Ive only had problems with there services and THEY dont KNOW A THING!!!!!! I would pay literally if someone could fix actually tell me why its going on....

Things ive tired:
-Reformat/Reinstalled OS
-Downgrade Drivers.... Which if i do...The older driver DOESNT flicker..But Freezes the PC and I have to Hard Reboot with holidng power button
-Updated Drivers/tried every single driver all the way up to the 290....
-Sent it to asus for repairs (RMA?)

if you reinstallled windows, and installed ASNY nvidia driver compatible with your card and you have that error.. RMA!

i'm not an engineer to know.. it can be a million things.
But if with a fresh windows installment and drivers updated you have this kind of error, one thing is for sure, IT SURE IT AIN'T NORMAL!
Asus support (in portugal) is very quick.. but is not very efficient sometimes.
Keep sending your laptop over and over again, until you have the problem solved. i have a friend that had to send 7 times the g51 to replace a faulty nvidia. 7times!
in the end they gave up and gave him a new g53. ..

hey 380, have your driver crashed since you got the second G74 ( if that was the reason for getting it replaced)
