Hello,
I recently purchased and attempted to install a new M.2 SATA 2TB SSD into my laptop, but unfortunately, the system did not recognize it. Troubleshooting this problem, I followed the recommended installation procedures carefully, but the SSD remains undetected.
Not deterred, I decided to try a different approach and purchased a Corsair MP600 PRO XT 4TB M.2 NVMe SSD, hoping that this might resolve the issue. However, the laptop also failed to recognize this SSD during installation.
I am reaching out to you because I value the exceptional quality and performance of ASUS products, and I believe that with your expertise, I can resolve this issue and make the most of my ASUS ROG GX700VO laptop.
I kindly request your guidance and assistance in addressing the following concerns:
Recognition Issue: Why is my ASUS ROG GX700VO laptop not recognizing the M.2 SATA 2TB SSD and the Corsair MP600 PRO XT M.2 NVMe SSD? Are there specific compatibility issues I should be aware of?
BIOS/UEFI Settings: Could you please provide instructions on how to check and configure the BIOS/UEFI settings to ensure that the M.2 slots are properly enabled?
Thx
