Hopefully this is the right forum!
My sound isn't working, although my speakers are functioning because it reacts when I try and move the volume slider up and down, and when my headphones are plugged in I can hear everything as normal. However, still no sound from the laptop speakers themselves.
Restarting fixes the issue, but temporarily. When my laptop goes into sleep or I close the lid and resume, there's no sound again.
I've updated the realtek drivers to the newest ones, but no effect on the issue whatsoever.
If it helps, I'm running Windows 7 64-bit.
