I installed the new driver 347.09 and I did the windows 8.1 Maintenance check , I think after that the driver doesn't work anymore.

it's a 3-4 days windows 8.1 nothing bad installed, and I tried to reinstall the driver. still the same error.



EDIT : Disabling Microsoft ACPI-Complaint Control Method Battery cause the gpu to get the error.

Another issue is the CPU stays 3.4-3.6 all the time if using high performance , do I have to use balanced ?

Wow, you actually got to 3.6GHz? I've been trying to get my 4710 to do that but it just doesn't want to. Yes, you can choose balanced or edit High performance because that one requires that the CPU stays at a minimum of 100% performance.
